Integral polygonal auger pipe is a kind of drill pipe used for drilling in soft and hard interlaced rock strata such as igneous rock distributed in soft coal seam and soft coal seam. The drill pipe is an integral structure, and the two ends are respectively external threaded joints and internal threaded joints. The drill pipe body is a polygonal structure, and the outer wall of the drill pipe is provided with a circular arc spiral groove along the axial direction.

The open-type gas pumping drill is a kind of drill used in the drilling construction of screen tube lowering process. The split beam in the center of the bit can be tipped over within the outer diameter of the bit to achieve a large hole structure. The cutting edge of the bit is arranged in multiple stages, which can meet the needs of fast cutting coal seam. The drill head body is made of high-strength alloy steel, and diamond composite sheets are welded on the top surface of the body and the middle beam for cutting coal seam. The hard alloy diameter bar is inlaid round outside the tire body for protecting the body and improving the service life of the bit. The bit has a large hole structure when the beam is turned over to lower the screen, and the diamond composite on the beam is used to cut the coal seam when the beam is returned.

Antistatic flame retardant breakable screen

Product introduction

Anti-static flame retardant breakable screen is made of polyvinyl chloride anti-static flame retardant plastic pipe used in coal mine. It has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, no pollution, long service life (about 2.5 times of steel) and so on. The anti-static, flame-retardant, breakable screen is made breathable by drilling holes in the plastic pipe wall. When the drill pipe and drill bit are pulled out of the hole after drilling, the screen is left in the hole to support the hole wall, which can effectively avoid the collapse of the hole. The gas in the coal seam enters the screen through the hole in the screen wall and is pumped out of the hole.

The screen fixing claw is installed in the front end of the gas drainage screen. After the screen reaches the bottom of the hole and penetrates the drill bit, the spring wing claw of the screen fixing claw automatically opens and fixes the screen at the bottom of the hole to prevent the screen in the hole from being taken out due to friction when the drill pipe is withdrawn.

Water braid

Water braid is one of the necessary tools for rotary drilling and directional drilling. It is used to connect the water pump and the drilling tool in the hole, and deliver the washing medium to the hole. Its outside diameter is the same as that of the corresponding drill pipe, which not only ensures adequate sealing, but also ensures the service life of the bearing.

Process flow

1. Auger pipe is equipped with open type gas pumping special drill bit to drill the open type drill bit to the design hole depth;

2. Before lowering the gas drainage screen, install the screen fixing claw at the front end of the screen;

3. Move the drill pipe back 30 to 50cm in the hole to allow room for the screen fixing device to pass through the bit;

4. Run the gas extraction screen one by one through the drill to the bottom of the hole;

5. Exit the drill pipe and leave the gas drainage screen in the hole.
