Product introduction

The storage drilling track is composed of a handheld terminal and a probe. The drill pipe is installed in the magnetically free drill pipe behind the drill bit. The dip and azimuth of the designated position of the drill hole are measured and recorded while drilling. The handheld terminal works synchronously with the drill pipe at the orifice and records the depth of the drill hole. The handheld terminal and the blow-out come with rechargeable battery packs that charge at ground level. The handheld terminal is connected with the borehole, separated after synchronization and started to work synchronously respectively. The handheld terminal records the sampling point number, and the azimuth sensor and inclination sensor in the borehole are used to measure the spatial attitude parameters of the drill pipe. After analog-to-digital conversion, the borehole measurement data is transferred to the handheld terminal after borehole measurement is completed. The hand-held terminal processing software generates drilling track chart and data report for display or printing after data processing.

Scope of application

The storage borehole track instrument can be used to measure the borehole track of all kinds of rotary boreholes in coal mine. It can display the track graph of drilling hole and the data of depth, dip Angle and azimuth Angle. The data file is saved in Excel format, which can easily realize the functions of data storage, deletion and display. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight and easy to carry. It can be used in dangerous places containing methane and coal dust explosion.
